Moss agate is a type of chalcedony, a form of quartz, prized for its translucent appearance and unique moss-like inclusions. It typically features green, mossy or dendritic patterns that resemble foliage or scenic landscapes, often set against a milky or colorless background. This gemstone is valued for its calming energy and is believed by some to promote balance, abundance, and connection with nature.
