Since it is lab grown, it has all of the beauty of a natural pink Sapphire stone, but it is far more affordable and doesn't have any inclusions or flaws! I set the stone myself in a jewelry quality silver plated setting, and then construct the band in Sterling Silver wire and beads, and Swarovski crystal beads in Light Turquoise ABX2.
